Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
